If you like creative architecture, then this is your home !
The main part is the overhanging first floor - where you 'll find 4 comfortable rooms - two of which have lockable sliding doors opening to nice large decks to sit and watch the sun go down.
Ground floor features a large entrance (lockable - scripted) and an easy stair.
All windows are scripted for your privacy (from 100% clear to 100% opaque).

It has a footprint of 20 x 30m. and counts a meager 136 prims.

This romantic cottage has two floors. All windows have a unique glass texture on the outside and scripted textile curtains inside (from 100% clear to 100* opaque). Door are lockable.
There 's a smoking chimney - and an open fireplace on the first floor.
To make the bucolic feel even more perfect, I've added a free water well and walking path.
