Cilyn Towers

Welcome to Cilyn Towers. This original structure consists of 4 floors, with a large terrace on the roof. All exterior walls are in glass. These is an easy to walk central staircase - and a shaft has been provided for you to place any TP or elevator system you like.
The spider-like building construction adds a dramatic aspect to this tower. It will catch the attention of by-passers. Therefore it is uniquely fit to welcome your shop. With some modification it can also be used as an luxury building to host appartments.

Note : Cilyn comes in a one-click rezzing box. There are no scripts whatsoever used in this building. I like to provide most of my buildings with an 'open' architecture, so that you can add specific control scripts to your own needs.

I saved the Earth

Here is one of my newest, most impressive buildings : the Earth.
The Earth is a giant globe, conceived as a multipurpose skybox. There is a landing strip outside, as a destination point for your TP. Inside you have 4 floors of shopping or exhibition room. At the lowest level there is a conference room, with at this moment 10 different sit-poseballs. More can be added of course.

And now for something completely different : a house in American Victorian style. A house ? Not merely a house, it 's residence. Feel like your local Mayor in this well crafted villa !

Premier Towers

Dear Reader,
It's been a long, I know. But I didn't just sit down in idleness. At this very moment I am furbishing an in-world shop that I acquired some time ago. When ready, you will be able to buy the houses, villa's and other stuff I've made also in-world. I'll soon come back on this.
Today I want to introduce you to the Premier Towers.
Premier Towers is an impressive 80 m high Tower, counting 13 floors - especially designed for premier SL residents or SL retailers.
There are more towers to be found in SL... but, don't you just HATE tower buildings where each floor is an exact copy paste version of the other one ? Not so in Premier Towers : each floor is different. Some are larger, some are higher, some have more rooms. The benefit of this design is not only a greater overall attractivity - but if you are in the renting business, it gives you the opportunity to offer each of your clients a personal appartment - unlike their neighbours.
Premier Towers can also be an exlusive shopping mall or department store. There is a central stair, designed for maximm comfort in navigating from floor to floor.
The tower has a central space to put an elevator in - to be bought separately.
It features some unique textures, especially created for this building.

Arch House : ready to challenge conventions

I reworked an older house to make it ready for sales on SLex.
The Arch House has three floors. The two storeys are hanging on a central pole.
This feature makes it a unique piece of architecture - challenging old conventions.
Of course extensive research on the matter guarantee that the structure is strong enough towithstand even the worst tropical storms ... !
But most of all, this house is about peace of mind. It has large terraces overlooking your land (your beach ?). Windows are scripted, so you can turn them into solid opaque walls for maximum privacy, if you want.

Newly brought on SLex : Bing's City chic Villa.

Always wanted to have your own private swimming pool - but your land is too small ? You want a beach atmosphere, but are situated far from the coast in some mainland ?
This is the villa you'll want. It has all the space you would ever need (three floors) and yet has a relatively small footrpint (20 x 20). On the first floor you have your own, private swimming pool (built-in pool lights) - with ample place around to put couches, cuddle-rugs or deck-chairs.
The three floors communicate to each other through open spaces between them. You 'll enjoy and open, relaxing space, resulting in lots of air and light that will make you feel like at the beach - but all this in the total privacy of your own house !

Pilatus House

A brand new building : Pilatus House. Soon to be released on SLExchange.
It's a medium sized house, ideal for a position close by the sea-shore. Only one floor, but posed on pillars so that the BIG terraces have a marvellous view over the waterfront. Windows are tint controlled.
The nice thing about this house is that each room has it's own level. There's an interesting play of small differences in heights, which gives this rather simple building an unexpected twist.

A shop, right out of the Box

One of the items on sale in SL Exchange is this ready made shop. It's box shaped, exactly like the boxes you use for packaging items to put them on sale - albeit slightly bigger (20 x 20 x 20 m). It has see-through walls and an extremely user-friendly layout inside. The storeys spiral along a central pillar (there are no stairs) - an effect that makes shopping in this buidling more or less like walking in the Guggenheim museum in New York.

Wally on SL-Exchange

Today I started selling at SL Exchange. To begin with, I posted some furniture items. This will, without any doubt, be the beginning of a worldwide retail-empire. I'm very confident that in no-time people from Wal-Mart to Galeria will try to acquire my company !
