Retail is Detail, they say. That's what makes this shop so attractive.
It's an entirely open space (just a glass roof to protect your goods from the rain ...), created in a state-of-the-art architectural design.
Footprint is 20x20 m. - prim-count : only 75 - so you can spend your prims on your valuable goods.
FREE : I added a free wall and 4 free lightpoles (total extra prims 24), in a style answering to the high quality design of the building. You can choose to add these extras or not.

Features :

The tent is only 84 prims. Included in the package : 12 benches to seat your guests. Separately rezzable, so you can remove them after the ceremony - and throw your party in the same location. 1 prim per bench - 12 in total in your pack.

StreetHouses

A new build : "StreetHouses".
It consists of two well crafted city houses, both in late 19th century style. I added a strip paved sidewalk and some streetlamps.
The left-hand house has 3 floors and an attic, the right-hand one has two floors and an attic. Both have a deck on a balcony.
Inside you will find a premiere in my buildings : a sculptie stair (very prim efficient).
Footprint of the whole construction is 30x25 m. Primcount : 162.

Thinking about throwing a 60's / 70's party ? Want to celebrate Love & Peace ? Then dig up the Flower Power way of life and partying.
This structure is a big (30 x 30) party tent, equipped with an animated dance floor, fully equipped with a party light system. Around this dance floor you have 4 cosy sitting corners and a bar with a couple of bar stools.
The interior and exterior walls are decorated with unique, 60's hippie posters - creating a unique retro atmosphere.
This Hippie Party Tent is full copy, full modify, so you can add all the dance animations you would ever want.

If one butterfly in the Amazon area can cause a hurricane over the Gulf of Mexico, then this Butterfly Villa can cause a hurricane in your heart ! :-)
If you like creative architecture, then this is your home !
The main part is the overhanging first floor - where you 'll find 4 comfortable rooms - two of which have lockable sliding doors opening to nice large decks to sit and watch the sun go down.
Ground floor features a large entrance (lockable - scripted) and an easy stair.
All windows are scripted for your privacy (from 100% clear to 100% opaque).

It has a footprint of 20 x 30m. and counts a meager 136 prims.

Romantic Farm House / Cottage

0r have your own decadent parties in a secluded hide-away - if that suits you better ;-)
This romantic cottage has two floors. All windows have a unique glass texture on the outside and scripted textile curtains inside (from 100% clear to 100* opaque). Door are lockable.
There 's a smoking chimney - and an open fireplace on the first floor.
To make the bucolic feel even more perfect, I've added a free water well and walking path.
