This new structure consists of 4 floors :
- Ground floor is a spacious shop,
- Three floors of priavte appartments,
- Top floor appartment has access to a large terrace on the roof.
Each appartment has it's own entrance, with lockable door - and has access to 2 smaller terraces with scripted door.
All exterior walls are in glass - but have privacy scripts per floor.
There is an easy to walk central staircase connecting all floors - and a shaft has been provided for you to place any TP or elevator system you like.
The spider-like building construction adds a dramatic aspect to this tower. It will catch the attention of by-passers.
The build comes in a one-click rezzing box and counts approx 170 prims. For sale on SLEx.
